All Saki Shears are covered under our lifetime warranty unless specified otherwise. Saki Shears are warranted to be completely free of material and workmanship defects. We will repair or replace any shears that we find are defective or malfunctions. Please note that normal wear and tear and abused or damaged products are not covered by our lifetime warranty, however, we do offer accidental damage protection. Our warranty does not cover oxidation, rusting or contact with chemical or cleaning products unsuitable for metal shears. Shipping and handling both ways must be covered by the customer and is not the responsibility of Saki Shears. Saki Shears uses the best available technology and each product is inspected before it’s released. If you are having any problems with your Saki Shears product please contact us at cs@sakishears.com with your receipt so we can help with a replacement.

 

Accidental Damage Warranty

If you damage your Saki Shears and we cannot repair it, we will replace your shear at our discretion. For 440C constructed shears you will be charged $50.00 (per shear), on our VG-10 constructed shears you will be charged $100.00 (per shear), on our Damascus constructed shears you will be charged $200.00 (per shear) excluding the Kamakura model, which will be charged at $350 (per shear).
